If the customer's order includes a reservation, the order will be shipped together with the stock until the reservation is received.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 72-hour return and exchange service. This means that if you find any quality problems with the item after receiving it, you have 72 hours to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
